THE PRODUCT
Willow & Dash
Freeze Dried Quail Eggs
- One ingredient: whole quail eggs.
- Freeze-dried at low temperature, never cooked.
- Shelf-stable — no refrigeration needed.
Why the yolk, and why freeze-dried?
The yolk is where a quail egg keeps its good stuff: concentrated protein, choline, selenium, biotin and the omega fats that feed skin and coat. Cooking and baking blunt a lot of that.
So we don't cook. Each yolk is frozen, then dried under low pressure until 97% of the moisture is gone — nutrients untouched, texture light and crumbly, no preservatives required.
The enemy
The 22-ingredient treat
So you turn the packet over and squint.
Two lines in…
you have met three things you cannot pronounce
and still do not know what you are feeding.
That is not a treat. That is grain, starch and bargain-bin filler wearing a health claim.
The hero
The whole quail egg yolk
So we cut the list down to one.
Nothing added, nothing taken away. Just the yolk, freeze-dried and never baked, with its protein, choline and omegas intact.
A label you can read in one breath.
A treat you never have to second-guess.
